We offer FREE delivery for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a flat $10 fee.

Once you've placed your order, we kindly ask for your patience as we require 2-3 business days to process orders, as they are initiated only after funds have successfully cleared into our account, however can take longer if placed on weekends due to inoperative hours. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please see approximate shipping timeline below:

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 3-4 days for the tracking information to become available as it can take 3-4 days to process your order as they are initiated only after funds have successfully cleared into our account, as mentioned above.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 7 days then feel free to get in touch.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns for faulty goods only. We will replace the item in full and cover any other associated costs involved.
